Sean serves as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Arctic Ember Mechanical (AEM) bringing over 30 years of experience owning and managing a successful security company.

As the founder of Morrison Security, Sean built and led an organization known for reliability, discipline, and strong client relationships. That experience in growing and managing a service-based business continues to shape his leadership approach today—focused on accountability, performance, and doing things the right way.

Now leading AEM, Sean is committed to building a company from the ground up that reflects those same principles. He works closely with leadership and field teams to maintain high standards of service, consistency in operations, and strong customer relationships. Under his leadership, the company is driven by a simple mission: to make people’s lives better through dependable service and long-term relationships.

Mike Terry, President of Arctic Ember Mechanical (AEM), is a veteran HVAC infrastructure executive with a 30 year track record of driving operational excellence across commercial and industrial markets.

Rising from the field through the Local 597 Pipefitters trade, Mike bridges the gap between complex hands-on engineering and massive corporate scale. His elite executive tenure features senior roles as Vice President for the industry’s most dominant, multi-billion-dollar national networks—including PremiStar, Crete United, and EMCOR Group, Inc. Having also commanded regional market leaders as President of S Mechanical and Operations Manager for Amber Mechanical, Mike now leverages this unparalleled enterprise acumen to lead AEM.

Under his guidance, AEM delivers institutional-grade mechanical engineering, ironclad project accountability, and reliable field leadership for complex commercial facility infrastructure.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Dawn brings over 25 years of experience managing office operations and overseeing all financial aspects of the business.

With a strong background in accounting, payroll, billing, and day-to-day operations, Dawn plays a critical role in building the company from the ground up and ensure the business runs efficiently behind the scenes while supporting both field operations and long-term growth. Her attention to detail, organization, and commitment to accuracy help support the company’s mission by delivering a dependable experience for both customers and employees.
